We had ZJ’s to our home to repair our patio, seating wall, and fire pit that we had someone else install several years ago. The seating wall was falling over, and the patio was sloping and separating. Johnny came to our home, viewed the job, and we came to an agreement on price. When the work started the guys uncovered some unforeseen problems that were going to involve some additional cost. At this point I should probably explain that I lived in Florida for almost twenty years, and have dealt with some pretty unscrupulous contractors, so my initial reaction was “oh boy here we go”. To my very pleasant surprise the guys showed me what the issues were and Johnny gave me a fair price to correct them. Johnny also credited back money for curb stone that was no longer needed due to the method of making the additional repairs. My wife and I are extremely happy with how the job turned out. I have no doubt we’ll be able to enjoy our patio for many years with no more problems. The crew were really nice guys who did really professional work.
